Important notes :
• All payment must be upfront
• Payment plan available
• Only 4 free changes (minor)
• As the client, you have the responsibility to provide any references needed. It can be art, mood board, pictures etc
• You are not allowed to make changes to my art without any notice or permission
• additional charges will be applied if there is a lot of details or if it is nsfw
• I have the right to share it if there is no NDA involved and no prior notice
• streaming and content use is free
• commercial use for merchandise and prints will be 4×
• My arts must not be used for any type of hate crime
• You cannot claim to be the artist and must credit me at all times
• My arts must not be traced, copied or fed to AI
• No refunds under any circumstances
• I have the right to refuse any commission
• You are not allowed to do any chargebacks without my prior notice or approval
• As the artist, I will do my best to meet your expectations
• Any type of art commissioned cannot be fed into ai , if you do, it will result in you getting blacklisted and the art will be taken back (no refunds will be allowed)
• When we are working together, I would like to ask for your understanding and a clear communication between us. You can give any constructive criticism and feedbacks but they must be related to work and constructive and relevant
